This is KFC's main restaurant outlet in Shillong City. It is located in Police Bazar, the most popular shopping-hingout destination in the city, within the Marba Hub Mall. I visited this restaurant in the month of November 2021. My overall experience was very satisfied, especially their customer service. What User doesn't like about Kfc:
Pretty good experience. Just the same KFC style everywhere, but has this cool viewpoint where you can sit behind a glass wall and see people going by near the busy junction. The employees are cordial and the place is tidy, only if they keep in mind to clean the tables soon after someone leaves. Chicken is good. View all feedback.
