"I’m a long time roots natural kitchen fan from Blacksburg VA, but this location is just awful. The 3 times I’ve ordered from here my bowls have been so poorly mixed. I order 2 el jefe bowls and they looks like different meals entirely (see below). What a shame."

"Another order that is grounded by hired people who do not seem to listen and do not care. grilled nuggets were ordered because my daughter is gluten-free and has come home to discover regular baked nuggets. yes, it's a big thing because she couldn't eat it, and the drive thru is badly controlled and leads to frustration for many who go through. this place will not get my business anymore, I'm done."

"The vegan bagel sandwich was delicious! I have never seen tofu so made on a bagel, but it was great spiced. it is done in the rule with curcuma to give it that yellow icy color, so the white tofu threw me first, but it was really good! I have never tried macadamia breast milk in my cappuccino, but I highly recommend it. super cool place in an old firehouse with good interior and exterior seats. "I’ve been eating at the hot bar the past 5 days. Today i came in and got some food. I saw a fly on the cornbread that is on top of the hot bar. Unfortunately i used poor judgement and checked out with my food anyways bc i was hungry and was feeling sick and figured i needed to eat right away. About 5 mins later i started feeling so i’ll and ended up with diarrhea… i realized that durning this week i probably consumed something that a fly landed on. I understand that whole foods don’t have any control over bugs but why are we not having the food protected properly? This is grounds for a lawsuit they really need to be careful."

"Just want to shout out this great staff my Uber Eats order was delivered and while walking back to my office my bag broke and the food unfortunately scattered across the sidewalk. I called to say I was ordering again (in case they thought it may be a duplicate order) and told them of my unfortunate circumstance haha.Just received my order with a wonderful note.
