The service at this restaurant was extremely slow! We waited 2 hours and still didn't receive our food. To make matters worse, when they finally brought out our bill, they informed us that we had to pay in cash. View all feedback.
The food was good, it would have been better if it was cooked fresh like I asked(I work in the food industry so I know when it's fresh not). Service wasn't to bad, yeah it was busy but not terribly busy my waiter was a rookie so he didn't do to bad, but things definitely could have been better.
Service has been extremely slow the past 3 times my family has eaten here. I would rather wait two hours for a seat in Bossier BWW than come back to...
Very disappointed that for the 2nd year in a row the Shreveport bww doesn't have Winter Abby. Wth??!!
Good food friendly atmosphere most nights. Only down side it can be crowded.
If the service was quicker and more efficient, then I would have given a 5 star rating.
