"I was on 6/12 at 15 o'clock. I was not greeted when I entered. I saw a young lady dressed in uniform, and a young man with an orange hemd and they both went in the back as if they were coming here to serve me ice cream and when I waited to be served, the young lady looked at me a side window and said no word. After waiting, my friend who came after me, asked me to go somewhere and to fo, because the personal did not show any motivation to help us or serve us. at least is the expectation that all guests will be presented with a friendly greeting. we have no hi, hello, how can I help you, nothing. very disappointing."
