I have had breakfast in here a few times. Each time the food was fresh and good. service is okay. I have used them a couple of times for catering in the office for meetings. Each time the food was fresh, delivered on time or early, and service is much friendlier. The prices for catering are on par for all downtown catering and the offerings are varied better for sandwiches and salads as other similar restaurants. View all feedback.
What Will Madansky doesn't like about Au Bon Pain:
I’ve eaten here a few times and the food was fine however service can be slow on occasion. The last time I visited here though on 6/11/19 I ended up getting violently sick a few hours after eating their Thai Peanut Chicken salad for lunch. Was out for approximately 4 days so I suspect something was tainted in one of the ingredients or there were some unsanitary preparation/handling practices from their made to order...
