We didn't end up getting ramen, but we ordered a number of amazing dishes at Sumu. The spicy tuna roll was decent, but not really worth writing home about. I think the standout for us was the Hamachi which was so good that I'd go back just for that. The rib eye, shishitos, eggplant, and shiitake skewers were great too! View all feedback.
