Absolutely delicious. The brisket had a deep smokey flavor and tasted almost like smoked bacon. The sandwich didn't need sauce. Fries were crispy, evenly dusted with cheese and seasoning. This may be the best flavor in Estes Park. I would order this again. View all feedback.
