we stopped bevan bistro at a visit to Sidney. we ordered an omelette (their selection of fillings) and a blt. service was friendly and prompt. my man said the omelette was delicious, filled with speck and my blt was perfect. what I wanted. the bonus was the coffee. so many breakfast places fail when it comes to the coffee. not in the bevan bistro. the coffee was excellent. this bistro has a beautiful relaxing atmosph... Maybe something has changed since all the glowing reviews, but I can't see why this is the best rated breakfast place in Sidney. $10 sandwich tasted like they just had the cheapest ingredients they could buy next door at Thrifties.
