The product is reasonably good but the pressure to sell it in oversized portions borders on fraud. Up at the counter you are presented with an array of huge paper cups and cones to choose from. Only by asking three times for smaller ones, was I able to choose the smallest at €3, which was hidden behind the big ones. When I complained in Italian I was treated with arrogant nonchalance. We were able to purchase to Limoncello Spritz and sit outside. A love way to people watch and to enjoy a most beautiful square. Great location to take a break.
Great gelato and super friendly staff. Having a very nice ice cream and eating it while seated in one of the most beautiful square of the world it is priceless.
