"My family and I visited this restaurant on Saturday.We were excited because this was going to our first time and we heard they had great burgers! My burger and my Sister's burgers were fully cooked through and very tasty.My Mother and My Nieces burgers were raw in the middle.When we spoke to the waitresses we were told that is now their burgers were made.I asked to speak to a manager and he informed me their( my Mother and Niece) burgers where not to look like that and that they were not cooked proberly.He offered to cook them new burgers, my Mother said she would appreciate that, my Niece said no that she didn't trust that it would be made right. My Mother got her new burger (asking for it to be well done), when she got her new burger it was again not cooked fully.I asked my Mother if she wanted me to tell them and she said no, she was tired and just wanted to go home.When we got home we have the burger to our dog.Were very dissatisfied with our experience."

"Came in today around 1pm with my 1 year old we placed our order in the iPad and went and sat down! I got my daughter into the high chair got the diaper bag off and within 5 minutes our food came out! I ordered a frozen coffee drink I looked on the tray and there was no straw so I saw lots of workers helping guest so as a tall red head girl walked past our table I said excuse me could you possibly grab me a straw? She said they are on the other side of the store and she walked off...... not to be seen again! A few other customers noticed and offered to get up and go get me a starw so that I didn't have to pack up my daughter and bags and go get a straw.The lady that works there was rude! Had lots of additude! And should really learn hospitality?"

"How many times have I driven by this little shopping area and never knew that Family Thai even existed? Thousands of times! After hearing from a few acquaintances on how good their food is; I was extremely excited to try it, after all, I had great luck with another local Thai restaurant I have recently dined at, so count me in. The Family Thai restaurant is a casual, bright, happy, charming little restaurant with servers that are just as delightful as the restaurant is cute. I showed up about 11:10 am and by the time I left at 11:45 am Family Thai was half full, mind you, it isn't a large establishment, none the less, a lot of customers coming in is an incentive for newcomers to try something out. It doesn't mean a restaurant is excellent, but visually it does help bring people coming in. And in this case, I overheard that some of the patrons are returning customers. Ok, now on to the food. Great menu and decent prices. I love the fact that they offer a lunch menu with several yummy sounding items to choose from. My server Thiti took my drink order and gave me a few minutes to look over the menu; after pondering, I decided to order Phad Thia with pork, (it was a tough decision it came with a scoop of white jasmine rice and a cup of soup. I won't say much about the soup because I failed to understand the name of it, but it was brothy with small pieces of chopped vegetables and overall delicious. My Pad Thai was savory, flavorful and a generous helping at that. Again I love the fact that peanuts were a background taste and not the main event. My server Thiti was cheery, friendly, inviting and overall delightful. The restaurant is clean and visually refreshing ? the ladies room, also clean with no obnoxious odors. The parking lot is shared with several other businesses, if ever in need of more parking space, right across the street; within walking distance is a much larger parking area that is adjacent to VCA Animal Hospital, Tessios, and Tractor Supply Company. Overall if you haven't tried Family Thai Restaurant, definitely put it on your list of places to try. Adding to my review- 4/19/2019 Today I decided this evening to do two take out lunches, Ginger Chicken that came with Phad Thai and Jasmine Rice (soup is in house only and Beef Keemoa Noodles with Jasmine Rice -both dishes, full of exuberant flavor, with a spice number of three, just a tiny little bite nothing to make your eyes water. Both dishes where full of vegetables and plenty of meat for the taking and left overs to share with mom! And if I haven't mentioned before, the servers are accommodating, out going and very hospitable"

"Great Indian restaurant tucked into the corner of a strip mall! I had saag paneer and a chicken naan and it was really tasty, I would have them again. the portions are really generous, I took about half home and I'm still stuffed.service was timely and attentiveI'm surprised there were so few people there, but I did come at ~3:30. a fair amount of people were picking up door dash tooVegetarian options: it's an Indian restaurant so there are lots of vegetarian options!"

"We love this place so much! The pizza is more than quite expensive (especially on military Mondays) and super. All flavors are carefully selected. Our little girls are always welcome, and the service is great. Local brews are always a treat. 4-6 Happy Hour!"
