"What has happened.. They used to be so good. Not now. I ordered the chicken Cobb salad with green goddess dressing. I used to love it. This time everything is in big pieces. Instead of slicing or chopping the egg it was cut in half. Then the pieces of chicken were so long that I had to tear them in half. Same with tomato, big pieces. Are we getting so lazy we can't cut the ingredients. It wasn't just me as my friend said the same thing. The only redemption was the dressing. My husband ordered a sandwich. Hardly any meat and we had to open it up to see if there was cheese. There was but not very much. Come on Panera you used to be so much better. If this is what you've come to we won't be back."

"My family and I visited this restaurant on Saturday.We were excited because this was going to our first time and we heard they had great burgers! My burger and my Sister's burgers were fully cooked through and very tasty.My Mother and My Nieces burgers were raw in the middle.When we spoke to the waitresses we were told that is now their burgers were made.I asked to speak to a manager and he informed me their( my Mother and Niece) burgers where not to look like that and that they were not cooked proberly.He offered to cook them new burgers, my Mother said she would appreciate that, my Niece said no that she didn't trust that it would be made right. My Mother got her new burger (asking for it to be well done), when she got her new burger it was again not cooked fully.I asked my Mother if she wanted me to tell them and she said no, she was tired and just wanted to go home.When we got home we have the burger to our dog.Were very dissatisfied with our experience."
