What lee read doesn't like about Hooties:
Stopped in today after camping at Caprock Canyon. Hate to rate a small town restaurant so low but the Mexican street tacos /rice and beans were terrible. The asada meat tasted old with a very disgusting flavor. Rice and beans were so salty I only ate a couple of bites and you could tell the beans were old.Other customers seemed to be ordering the special, chicken fried steak and looked like they were enjoying it.Thei... Had the fish, service and food was awesome.
We were staying at Caprock state park and went here for dinner one night. Nice little restaurant with good food and good prices.
