"The almost 250 km long trip was really worth it. We visited a horse farm in the area and settled in the beer garden of Old City Gate on a recommendation for lunch. For the big sunny weather nobody could. But thanks for the excellent regional cuisine at very moderate prices and the absolutely perfect service goes quite clearly into the kitchen and the service of the Landgasthof. There are even fun to give some more tips..."

"We passed the entrance to their nice garden as we walked around on a holiday when nothing appeared to be open. They had a tiny table, with a wine bottle and card on top by the open gate. We went in to see if it was open and ok, and we're glad we did. The setting is charming, the interior is antiquarian and decorated to play it up. Traditional regional menu, local wines, and delicious food. Recommended."

"I was and am super enthusiastic about it! service absolutely top, so fast I had my drinks and eating rarely. if I and the purse allowed it, I would feed round and spherical, as all dishes on the card are really so delicious and super. prices and ambiente fit as well. who doesn't come over here to sneak is his own fault!"

"Lovely property, rooms are renovated and well appointed. We reserved a balcony room and got it after a short mixup. Great breakfast. Close to the train station. Owner was accommodating, staff was polite except one young lady with an odd attitude on most of our encounters. We enjoyed our stay and would return."
