I went here on 10/26 and I went back on 10/27 to see if I still felt the same way and I do. The staff is amazing and polite. The food was very hot and fresh. This is the best Zaxby's that I have ever went too. View all feedback.

Staff assumes you want the small portions/fries/drinks, instead of asking. Manager told me he couldn’t change the order and next time ask for large (he was trying to give me large orders without charging). I wonder why they don’t train their staff to ask for sizes instead of instructing customers what to do which will be an impossible task. It makes no sense. Very disappointed with today’s visit!!!
