"We hadn't been to Hayward's for years, actually forgot about it. So decided to pay a visit. Had the lunchtime surprise 4 course meal. The food was beyond expectations, each course was sublime don't want spoil the surprise by revealing the actual courses), balanced, well presented and delicious and good value for money. The service was attentive. The wine, had a bottle of Torrontés which was excellent. This restaurant is miles better than some of the well known expensive names in London. Will definitely revisit."

"Myself and daughter had breakfast this morning we have been there more than a few times. Today wasn't good fatty bacon underdone eggs even though we had asked for med to hard. Toast cold . We were really looking forward to our breakfast but came out thinking what a water of money . It could be its bank holiday but standards have dropped."
