the label says “Honey” on one of the brote. I think they sell vegetarian brote, not exactly vegan. it is better to check with them.

"Although this is a meat lover sky, the chefs are thanked to offer 4 vegan nets. I had the Japanese pumpkin because it is not the usual pasta or salad options. Nicely baked until the skin is also crispy and edible, like a cookie. The Cashew cream makes this a very nice dish."
