cool new place to eat. we had the halibut fish chips and they were so good. very crispy coating and a super damp inside. our server was very friendly and friendly. it is worth the trip there. View all feedback.

We had the Clam Chowder, the sour dough butter and the Halibut fish and chips. The Chowder was not very aromatic and was expensive for the portion size. The halibut tasted fresh and the frits were very good. The frits were unique and delicious. The service was just fine. View all feedback.

"This place is pricey so it's obviously not every day dining especially since they are probably fully booked for the foreseeable future. Give them a call after 5pm Tues- Fri. Maybe to see about a reservation. We tried calling leaving voice mails eventually stopped in to make a reservation in person. They had a cancelation so we were lucky.... boy were we! The service was great, the view was great, the local fare was phenomenal. Chef Collette is really great not just for a small Alaskan town but as a chef in general. We travel all over the world eat well as we do. If you can get a reservation fit it into your budget I say go to Ludvig's."

"One of my favorite places in Sitka. Place is small but welcoming, the nicest kindest waiter, good quality food, nice taste, beautiful plating, good location, with vegan options and a small menú but an interesting creative proposals with an array of different local proteins to try out like reindeer, elk, salmon, rockfish,etc. Would love to have more variety of desserts other than ice cream, such as pies..."
