The specific store at Old Orchard was great. I am, however, disappointed in the customer service at the corporate level. I purchased a Tumi case for my laptop less than a year ago. The zipper broke so I brought it to the store to get it fixed. I assumed that Tumi, as a high end brand, would stand behind their product.
