"I didn't know exactly what to expect in our first night in Sligo. But it was unrealistic! Maybe the best burger was the conqueror I've ever had. Had Korean sauce chicken wings, halloumi poppers and with cheese and gravy fries, and everything tasted so good. Cool moods in the building, good music, staff were beautiful and fun. "Staff was hopelessly overwhelmed during the week of the Sligo Jazz Festival. One must assume that management/owners are not willing to pay their waiters appropriately and thus can't find enough personnel. Shame because it's a nice venue and perfect for the jazz jams and concerts they hosted all week. Food is also quite good. Fair play to the staff who were there, they did the best they could and still got snapped at by ignorant customers."
