"I was incredibly disappointed with my experience. I ordered online and was given a collection time of 6pm. I was there to collect at 6pm and had to wait half an hour for the food. I understand that if it’s busy then food can take longer but they had my phone number and email so they could have told me. They weren’t apologetic and if anything, they seemed surprised that I was unhappy. Foolishly I didn’t ask them to check the order before I left. I got home to discover that one of the items ordered was missing and the samosas were meat instead of veg. It was actually the worst takeaway experience I’ve ever had."

"Poor: Been getting our curries from here for a very long time…always been brilliant. However, the last couple have very mediocre at best. I used to overlook the premium prices because the food was sublime, but things have changed and I feel they’ve taken advantage of the food consumer prices. Prices have increased, but the product has decreased. Lamb used to be melt in the mouth, now just almost inedible cubes…same with chicken and duck. Don’t even get me started on the prawn dishes…two jumbo prawns in a buttery garlic sauce…£8.50 taking the p**s tbh. Up your game guys or you’ll be gone"

"The W7emporium was the ultimate choice for our david bowie / prinz themen double parties a few weeks back. all our guests loved the venue with its cool ambiente, great layout with lots of space to dance in the room, bar and delicious catering. thanks to claire oli for her excellent hospitality it was a fabulous night! my hubby and I would recommend the W7emporium to anyone who plans a private party/gig somewhere in hanwell/ ealing. "Had a takeaway from here which I took to eat with local relatives in Pinner. I used to live in the area and came here for around 20 years during which time it was always very good. Having moved away about 15 miles I still can't find any fish and chip restaurants in the area around where we now live that are anywhere near as good as this restaurant or some of the other fish and chips shops in the local area of which there are a few very good ones but I believe the fish and chips here is the best. I recently spent 9 months working in Cornwall and bizarrely never found a chippy down there that came close to Ideal Fish bar either. Tip: have your fish freshly cooked worth the wait."
