What User doesn't like about Tea Room At Burnham:
The service was absolutely terrible. The waiters had no idea about anything that was asked such as what teas and coffees they have and if they have hot chocolate or not. They then had no knowledge about the food being served. When requested them to to attend to us we were shouted at from another table and told to wait, which is really unprofessional. Beautiful afternoon. the vegan and vegetarian options were very good and very well presented. the service was impeccable. will definitely return.
She brought my mother here, she loved it absolutely and I too! the scones should die, because they are still warm!

This is the third time that I have eaten in the tea room and eating is always good, and the service excellent. we slightly varied the sandwich content from the standard offer, which was done without fuss, but do not advise what was in the sandwiches when they arrived. I'm not sure what the content was in one of them, but all very well. I would definitely recommend this place for a delicious tasty bite.
A hidden gem , lovely setting for afternoon tea . Food and service were excellent. Thoroughly recommend
