Very disappointing customer service this afternoon. There was a gentleman passing out flyers for “freezer packs.” When I asked the young girl behind the counter for the pack I selected, she was visibly confused. She got Marissa who informed us that she was too busy to accommodate us as they were short staffed and the staff that was there needed their breaks.
