Domino's Pizza - Smithville

I'll start by saying we love Domino's Pizza! We typically get it once a week where we live. We were visiting this weekend in Smithville and figured we'd check out their Domino's. Ordered online and got there a couple minutes after the app said it was ready for pickup. We sat at the pickup window for 8+ minutes without a single person greeting us (and several people walked by the window and 1 person even made eye contact with us). Finally, we pulled around to the front and my fiancè got out and went inside to get it. Overall it took about 15-20 minutes to get our pizza. It was only warm by the time we got home. Warmed it up in the oven and both of our pizzas tasted very odd. Overall it was a poor experience and probably won't return.

I love the food and speed of it. I order from them a few days a week for my lunch at work. Best work lunch ever.

This was the first time I'd ordered from Domino's since it opened I normally use the other pizza place in town but the last three pizzas I got from there was it worth eating so we thought we would try Domino's the lady on the phone that took my order was extremely niceI told her what time I needed my pizza by and it was done when I got there and it was a very delicious pizzaI will definitely order again

The boyfriend works here so I have a little bit of an insight how things work and standards they follow. Foods always good and promptly made. Keep up the good work ?
