"N.a.v. tv-reclame restaurant opgezocht op internet, gebeld, was niet nodig te reserveren. Ook met eigen auto op het moment bereikbaar, gezien het droge wegdek. Kan bij sneeuw nog een uitdaging zijn om berg op te komen.Aangekomen enthousiast verrast door het mooie pand, echter een tafeltje boven aan de trap gekregen naast het buffet. Geen rustig tafeltje gezien de bediening, welke bijna telkens tegen elkaar op loopt, langs jouw door. Al met al niet erg professionele bediening, en zeker niet als men ook nog bij het afrekenen een hint geeft dat de fooi niet inbegrepen is. Kan natuurlijk een momentopname zijn geweest, maar meer dan een zesje was het niet. Het eten was niet slecht, maar ook niet echt een aanrader, gaan er niet terug."

"Een restaurant zoals het zou moeten zijn: lekker, gezellig, en correct van prijs.De eendenborst was om bij away te smelten, en zelfs de pizza’s zijn net dat verfijnder dan elders. de porties were niet te groot en niet te klein.De ijskaart is ook niet te vermaden!Wat een verademing in het toeristic eutztal!"

"Sölden area in low season is a pretty depressing place culinary-wise . Everything is closed and self catering seems to be the best solution... But if you are fed up with sandwiches and cold cuts- well, you can always go there. My opinion may be a...little biased as I was hungry and longing for a plate of warm food.. first of all, they seem to carry just a few 'local ' choices. Grilled, fried and boiled meat is dominant in their menu. It wasn 't bad, but nothing to remember either. Also a little pricey for the quality they offer (corn on the cob was not edible- seemed warmed up for umpteenth time). Overall good place if you are starving and not on a budget."

"After a short journey up from the main street by funicular your ears pick up on the thumping music emitting from Philipp Bar. Once inside (or outside on the terrace) service was prompt and, when ordering certain shots, very theatrical !!! The only downside, when you’re no longer accustomed to it, was the excessive cigarette smoke."
