It is so rare that you find a lovely pub, fantastic food and drink and absolutely amazing staff! I’ve recently moved to Balsall Common and have now taken my father to this Gem of a pub twice. Sorry to report that this lunch was one of the worst ever. However, in case the staff wonder why we didn 't complain at the time, we were very tired and not feeling up to a confrontation so we just ate what we could and then left.
