"We used to go to Southside Carneros, and we loved it. The food was excellent along with service.The food was really good here as well. However, the options for children were minimal. There were 8 of us, and 3 really enjoyed it. The drinks were fabulous.I still enjoyed the food I just wish the younger adults enjoyed it. We tried a wide variety of different foods and swapped. I will happily come back but leave the bland eaters behind. ?"

"I went to the Whole Foods in Napa to purchase a couple of specific items. Upon approaching the entrance door I asked an employee who was sanitizing carts if I could take one. She made eye contact with me as I was the only one talking to her and she ignored me. I asked again and again I received the same response, I was ignored. I took a cart and went into the store. Again I had a another question as to where an item was located and asked an employee , their response was rude and abrupt.Not sure what is going on at this store but you need to address the rudeness of your employees."

"Last week we ordered a giant #8 and were sadly very disappointed by the freshness of the bread. I don't usually complain, but I love Jersey Mike's and felt like they needed to know and submitted our feedback. Robert, the GM, called us promptly after our feedback and asked to make us a new sandwich to remedy the situation. We took him up on his offer last night and we were not disappointed. The woman on shift was lovely and the sandwich was outstanding! Thank you for making it right, Jersey Mike's...we're loyal customers and love that you have a location in Napa now. We'll be back soon!"

"I didn't know what to expect before we got here... was it going to be like every other Mexican restaurant in the area with a promising menu and nothing authentic, or would the food be full of salt accompanied by a table of hot sauce to mask it?Upon entering, there was a slight lingering fragrance of cleaner (too fragrant if my mom was visiting) but very clean.Well, all of my anxieties about the food were put to rest, and my hunger for mexican cuisine (from a restaurant) was reignited.For years, I've been so disappointed that I've avoided mexican restaurants, but I will be returning here.The food was cooked just right and on a Thursday morning from 9:15-10:15 my Wife 2yr old and I could easily hear one another and choose where we wanted to sit.This place is a must try if you're looking for flavor!!!"
