Went to see live entertainment and have dinner at the same time. We loved the show. It was a hypnosis show with patrons participating at the show. Attentive service and friendly staff. Once suggestion to make, increase portion size a little bit. We have ordered fish fingers and french fries. We enjoyed it very much. Just wish it would a little bit more Definitely be back . "We found this place at the end of our stay in Cabarete, what meant that I could enjoy its tasty sushi and other fish delights only once. I do like good food and in Cabarete its not a problem, but sometimes I need the portions to still my hunger ,after a day full of sport, to be a bit bigger. Fresh fish, a lot of variations, big portions, nice serving. Not a problem for me, but the tables are basically on a parking lots, facing the main road, what makes it a bit noisier. To balance it out, the prices are very reasonable and the service is very friendly."

If you eat meat, I recommend the duck, it's tender and delicious. If you're a vegetarian, the salads are amazing. Le bistro definitely has an option for everyone.Make sure you call beforehand and make a reservation, especially on the high season, and don't forget they're closed on Sundays!"
