"We found this place at the end of our stay in Cabarete, what meant that I could enjoy its tasty sushi and other fish delights only once. I do like good food and in Cabarete its not a problem, but sometimes I need the portions to still my hunger ,after a day full of sport, to be a bit bigger. Fresh fish, a lot of variations, big portions, nice serving. Not a problem for me, but the tables are basically on a parking lots, facing the main road, what makes it a bit noisier. To balance it out, the prices are very reasonable and the service is very friendly."

"Great spot.Mmmmm Great Chicken Wings and Brrrr cold beer. Patti and Kelly are great hosts and operate a great Canadian bar/restaurant in beautiful Sosua Dominican Republic.. Visit them regularly at least twice a year while on Vacation.."

"Best onion soup in Cabarete, period.This restaurant is a true gem. Stefan is one of the best hosts I've met. He's kind, well-versed, and turns your visit into a true fine dining experience. If you eat meat, I recommend the duck, it's tender and delicious. If you're a vegetarian, the salads are amazing. Le bistro definitely has an option for everyone.Make sure you call beforehand and make a reservation, especially on the high season, and don't forget they're closed on Sundays!"
