for the first time since the Starbucks concession. it is still a cozy and beautiful pub/coffee shop with a good selection of coffee and cake. the service seems a little better now, the drinks were brought to our table, but perhaps that was simple because it was a quieter time of the day. the environment is comfortable, cozy and relaxing. the black sheep has really improved in the last months and is now a really nice place to visit. it felt a little more lively, had more atmosphere, the personal was friendly and the fact that they now offer table service makes it a more beautiful experience. The worst service I've ever had at the black sheep today. If I was the owner I'd let the 2 staff on today at 5.30 have customer retraining or just let them go....
