"There are some clear problems between the ordering and kitchen here. Ordered a cappuccino and white tea which they got wrong. Saw 2 other tables get incorrect food orders. My wife got her brekky but I had to wait 25 minutes for mine to arrive after I followed them up. The positives here are the drinks and food are very well prepared and tasted great. Once the ordering process is sorted, this will be a great spot."

"We visited the KFC on a drive to Cairns. It was just horrid - the eating area was dirty with food on the floor and sticky tables. Someone has started to empty bins but got no further than dragging them half way to the door and then leaving them there. Service was not rude but indifferent and our order took a long time - it seemed that no-one there had a clue what they were doing."

"Chicken schnitzel burger was a complete embarrassment! Tiny little hockey puck of clearly frozen processed chicken that couldn’t even fill half the bun. Honestly, just go to McDonalds next door, it’s half the price and a little better quality. One star was also influenced by staff members vacuuming around us the entire meal at 1:45pm."
