Customer service apparently still exists at some places. I usually place mobile orders before work and my drink order is always correct and waiting for me when I get there. They’re always super friendly here too. View all feedback.

What Jeremy U doesn't like about Starbucks:
This isn't about the Starbucks itself or it may well could be, but who ever designed the drive through and parking lot needs to reassess what a good flowing drive through and parking lot looks like. No parking and the line always goes out past where completed orders are coming out and causes unnecessary congestion! Do better! View all feedback.
