What DrSL likes about The Angel Inn:
We visit here once a year when my MG is being serviced up the road. Five years ago we had a Sunday lunch here, I didn't write a review but I remember it as being most acceptable. We now call in for a drink, usually on a Friday and the welcome we receive is like that of old friends. The beer is not to our taste but there are a good selection of Gin Tonic and, more importantly, a friendly face from the landlord. read more.

What Ethan Hill doesn't like about The Angel Inn:
Staff were friendly enough but not a lot of atmosphere. Very disappointed with the Sea Bass Linguine. Very small piece for the price I paid and didn't rate the pasta.. My husband was pleased with his lamb shank though. I can't drink alcohol so have coffee. The cups were more for Expresso coffee I thought. read more.
