Husband and I ate here today by default as the place we were going to go to had no tables. We were so pleased that we did. Both had the homemade steak pie and I had sticky toffee pudding with fabulous carmel sauce and cream all delicious! What DICCO doesn't like about Finkles:
Very, very slow service. Girl serving was on her own with the chef. She was clearly new by the amount of times she delivered the wrong food to the wrong tables. Took 20 mins to get a drink delivered to the table. Food ok, home cooked. Won’t go back due to attitude of both staff and the very slow pace, with no acknowledgment.
