We love the ODG, rustic and the perfect stop off during or after a walk. Our initial visit this time didn’t start off well, a dog belonging to a local was prowling the bar looking for food, it was friendly enough however I want to be able to enjoy my crisps in peace. Been coming here on and off for too many years. Today was the first time in a while. The toilet walls had a lot of mould on them and could be sorted easily. Not many interesting real ales that you couldn’t get anywhere else which is a shame. More super local ales would be a lot better. Bar man was pretty miserable too.
