I have to say faultless. What a wonderful place. Good food, I have friends who are vegetarian and what a good selection on the menu for them which is unusual. Staff so friendly and welcoming, good price for the meal you get. Staff very attentive...and if you ask for anything it is never too much trouble. We did a circular walk from Grasmere village having seen a sign for Poets Cafe saying they are now open from the day before. When we arrived the lights were on and we went in and shouted to ask could we have some coffee and...cakes. The owner came through and said we are shut as they were having some work done.
