Stayed there for 5 nights as part of our trip to Scotland. The Hotel is clean, close to shops , buses, parks and other places to visit.The staff were friendly and helpful. With covid 19 they only cleaned rooms on departure, but if you needed any in between cleaning to freshen up room or extra pillows towels etc you let reception know and it was sorted. This was a good place to stay before we started on The West Highland Way. Room was spacious, and comfortable. Reception staff were very friendly and helpful
