Mossman Bakery from South Mossman River Menu

What User likes about Mossman Bakery:
It's so good to enter a bakery and smell fresh bread baking. I counted 13 varieties of pies (although not all available, we were late) but my pie was a genuine beef and bacon pie, full of meat with a great crispy pastry lid. Great variety of breads, rolls, biscuits, cakes and slices, even a coffee available View all feedback.

What User doesn't like about Mossman Bakery:
The staff is very friendly, but the food is not fresh. I have purchased an apple turnover and vanilla cookies on separate occasions, over 8 months apart, and both were awful. They tasted extremely stale, as if they were days old. The prices are very high. I will not be returning. View all feedback.

We went to the Mossman bakery as a quick stop in on our way home. The food was fresh and prices were good. Sadly only thing that stops me from giving an excellent review is that "a smile goes a long way".

Stopped for lunch and tried the Corned Beef & White Sauce pie. Out of this world!! Beautiful short crust pastry and an amazing filling, creamy white sauce with generous, tender pieces of home cooked corned beef. Must try!

Came here as 2nd choice but were glad we did. Had a sandwich (chicken for me and ham for my husband) made for us with our choice of salad and bread type the sandwich was bulging and soooo tasty. We finished with a coffee and chocolate slice. A must do for a reasonably priced lunch whilst in Mossman. We are staying locally with family so will be back there.

Tried several pies on 2 visits. Both were tasty pies with plenty of filling. Good stop on way to Daintree

My wife and I skipped breakfast and were hungry on our way to the Daintree Forest...and this place looked like it had Air/Con...so we went inside. We had no prior experience with this place so we asked for help from the girl behind the counter...she said, "the corned beef and white sauce pies were award winning." I asked what was in the white sauce and she had no idea...but whatever it was...it was awesome! ! If you find yourself in Mossman and are in the mood for a meat pie...this is a must!
