What User likes about Dunkin':
had a caramel latte that was delicious and a maple glazed donut. the donut was very fresh and light. friendly staff also. the inner was clean and tidy. my gps (garmin) sent me to the wrong place, wanted to lead me to a shopping center, but this dunkin is an independent load on the other side of the road. Like a lot of the other reviews, I will say that this location used to be at least decent not that long ago, but recently is suffering from a case of who gives a s . Lobby is rarely open, consistently understaffed by people who clearly couldn 'tcare less and every car in the drive thru is an extra 4 or 5 minute wait in line (no exaggeration). "Been here several times in the past and the food never disappoints. The peach salad appetizer was amazing with warmed peppers on top. The Blackberry brown butter tart with dulce de leche ice cream was also superb! Service was a tad slow and the prices have increased, though that's not uncommon across the industry. Still love the open kitchen vibe, bread, wine list and house cocktails. If you are looking for a decadent night out in Portland, ME, this should be your destination"

"Unbelievably delicious. Had the omakase, the wagyu hot pot (which was insane), the tiny whole fried crabs, the snapper head, and a flat unagi avocado roll a delicious cold sake. I only regret not ordering the duck buns...will get them next time. YUM!"
