What Miriam Esparza likes about Phở Cali:
Had a midday week dinner with my boyfriend. Ordered the pad Thai with veggies. A soup and spring rolls as appetizers. All very tasty. I would go back especially for soup. My boyfriend ordered his entree and ended up getting another to go.Very tasty food. Vegetarian options: Veggie options and non meat View all feedback.

Food is good. Restaurant is clean. Entered with a friend that was not well dressed. Owner accused us of stinking and asked us to leave. Ignorant. Ate here for 10 years. Working class eatery. View all feedback.
