"Food arrived, freezing cold mini spring rolls luke warm chicken balls, cold curry and chow mien! Phoned the store and told them for a rude women to be laughing and giggling with no care in the world asked for manager as she was so rude messing around rather then listening, manager on shift again had no interest in dealing with the problem even when I said he could come and check the food was cold himself! Food went in the bin! Do not order from here! Customer services is a zero and food is awful!"

One of us opted for the set lunch while the other explored the à la carte menu. Both menus were delicious, with the fish being cooked to perfection with wonderful accompaniments. "We stayed here for 3 nights in september the location is very central but you can't park anywhere near to unload luggage as its surrounded by double yellow lines and a fast traffic flow once inside you face 4 flights on steps with your luggage, because their isn't a lift so unless your fit forget it, the rooms are excellent very clean and with most facilities,at £96 per night without breakfast and add parking it's poor value unfortunately we we subject to wetherspoons breakfast mangled together on one plate because we couldn't find any where else"
