I went to get an iced coffee and Miss Norma was incredibly kind and understanding. They had run out of small ice cups, which is what I wanted. However, this woman quickly solved the problem and I still got my small iced coffee. She didn't let the issue disrupt her work flow. She acted quickly and efficiently.
