"Visited Leigh and found this pretty little tea room. Indeed. The staff wore a smile and they were all very polite. The prices were very reasonable. It was a cool day and we sat in the covered garden. There was litter for each chair and we were also offered a hot water bottle! I chose a cream tea and my partner tucked into a piece of Victoria Sponge with a coffee. Nice place very recommend if you want a quick bit. Dogs are also welcome! Old Leigh is a beautiful place to visit and Sara's Tea Garden is located in a prime location near the sea."

"We hired the Sunflower Eaterie in the evening for my husbands 30th birthday party. It's a great venue for a party! The buffet food was fantastic quality and there was lots of it! The staff are very friendly and couldn't have been more helpful in making sure it was an excellent evening. I'd highly recommend the Sunflower Eaterie as a venue."

"Gorgeous Food Amazing Service We came to southend-on-sea for a holiday and was looking for a place to have brunch. We came across the this cafe and decided to go here. My husband ordered a breakfast in a yorkshire pudding with diced potatoes and i...had a prawn baguette. My dad had breakfast and my mom a sausage sandwich. They all really enjoyed it and said that it was not greesy at all. I was happy with my fresh crusty baguette it was ever so tasty. The cafe was very clean and the staff very friendly they also checked if we needed condiments. The tea is also served in Crockery teapots and lattes are served in a tall glass. We decided the following day we’d go back and we did and it was just as nice. we all had baguettes If you want value for money then you will definitely get it here"

"We had never been to II Mondo before but decided to try it based on the good reviews and what a good decision that was! We had 3 courses and everything we chose was absolutely delicious and you could tell it was all freshly cooked with loving care. The waiting staff were all so lovely, friendly and attentive and it seemed like nothing would be too much trouble for them. All in all a little gem of a restaurant and we shall definitely return. Thank you II Mondo for a great night."

"Crispy, fresh chips, fresh fish. What do you want? they provided a friendly service and did not charge me extra for ketchup. I love a good chippy, and the only reason I don't have 5 stars because the chips weren't fried three times. otherwise I took it to east beach park and enjoyed it with the beautiful view. I'm going back to the finals."
