"First time here. I ordered online before I left work in Bloomington. It was ready by the time I got there (I had hoped I could schedule a pickup time but that was not available through the third party .I had the falafel salad, which was amazing! (As far as I know this is the only falafel in Spencer and I am so thankful to have these options. . They assembled the cold and hot separately so even the sit time did not change the quality. My custom options were correct and I did not have to pick off any.I will be back.Vegetarian options: Many options that are more than just cheese as the protein. Black bean burger, falafels, salads.Dietary restrictions: I am dairy free but not Vegan."

"I personally did not eat with the people I went with, (not my choice of food), but they loved it. They had already been here and were going back because it was good. The water was gross but I didn 't drink it, it 's what my people said. Quite pricey, for the 3 of them, with a tip, it was around $75/$80. Service was good, she didn 't really come back and check on us, so when the tip came she still got quite a bit based off the bill, but in my mind didn 't really earn it. Food was presented well. Hope this review is helpful."

"The quality of the food has picked up in the last few months. I have brought my family there twice in 2 months and both times the eating was sad. I've never felt bad for a pancake, but cracker barrel made me feel these feelings. on Wednesday evening they were hardly busy, but our orders took a very long time to deliver, and the only thing that was really edible was the mac 'n' cheese that my son ordered. it is regrettable because all waiters/wakes and cash are so friendly, and it is hard to see the disappointment on their face when they tell them that eating is terrible. I would suggest using any manager or anyone who allows to use these plates to the customer. the eggs of my wife had shells in them, and their speck was so burned that it would have been used to build a tiny raft. my pancakes were so small that I thought someone was messing with me. I would like to make it clear that this is not a personal problem that it is someone at the top who directs this restaurant to the floor."

"They were friendly and efficient, but there was a foul sewage smell when you entered the restaurant, and didn't dissipate until we got closer to our table (the smell was still there when we left). The food is priced great with large portions, but both of our plates had lukewarm/cold food. For me, it was my biscuit and gravy (otherwise tasty) and for my husband, it was his hash browns cold and greasy. My fried potatoes were excellent crispy on the outside and soft on the inside. We probably won't return since there are so many options in Bloomington, but it definitely isn't the worst place,either."
