What Alena Černíková doesn't like about Burger King:
Only able to order through touch screen self service which doesn't accept vouchers off the app so you end up paying more for your food. Scans the voucher then says it can't be used, then disappears off the app. No staff around to ask for help. Walked out and went to McDonald's View all feedback. This was my first experience at a Burger King drive-thru. The young woman at the window was lovely and recommended some items for us to try. The frozen Fanta was amazing! I had the lemon flavor, which was delightful and refreshing. View all feedback.
