"Just stopped here for a coffee break here recently. Very friendly staff and great service. Very welcoming also of international guests. Very nice terrasse with great view on the lake on a sunny day. The food menu looked decent, will go and try next time."

"The restaurant with the worst service from waitress in Switzerland. Food is good and the cocktail is delicious. There is a kid corner and beautiful lake view. Unfortunately all was ruined by the super rude waitress name Evelyn (what she told us, she is not Polish). She brought the food and asked us who ordered it and can‘t wait for 30 SECOND until we remembered the name of the dishes to tell her. She almost threw the plates on our table and left. When I complained she said she had no time, too many customers to serve. Hey, is it my problem as a customer? Completely arrogant and no manner. We didn’t receive any apology from the restaurant even though other waiter, waitress were there and witnessed it. We came here a few times and it’s our favourite place but but will be the last time we come to this restaurant. Pity but the service is too bad. It happen around 7pm on Sunday 9 July, 2023. We are a group of 4 adults 4 kids sitting next to the kid corner. Food: 4 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 4"

"I spent several years in the USA and have travel quite a lot. And yet this place has one of the best burgers I have ever eaten. The near was so juicy and tasty. Not only that service was great. We came to adults with...a toddler and a baby in a pram and they did all in their hands to accommodate us. Also even if they were about to close they never rushed us. We will return definitively."

"Visited this place again after quite some time with my complete family and I must say it was again very good. We could sit outside near the sea and so the scenery was fantastic with the mountains etc. Staff is very friendly and the food - a mix of mediterian and local - was very good. The menu is not too large but they prepare everything fresh which of course is very good. Really enjoyed the evening and for sure will come back."

"Yesterday night I stay at Viktoria Restaurant with my girlfriend. She has eaten a very good pasta and fillet steak and I got a fantastic pizza with a great dessert! The owners were very kind and careful with us. It's really amazing to eat italian...food between swiss alps better than in most of italian restaurant :"
