"My baby was in Providence NICU for almost a month. Being parents exhausted with newborn in NICU have been hard enough. We made coming here for lunch milk tea/ice cream a little getaway to cheer us up. The owners are very nice and the food are fresh with great selection and portion. Now my baby already graduated from NICU we can’t go as often. But definitely will visit when we can!"

"Ice cream is delicious, but the scoops are inconsistent sizes. We go there for date night every other week. Tonight, I asked for a single scoop on a cake cone, but it was half the size of what we normally get (seemed like a child scoop). I asked her to add to it, which made it a regular scoop, but she charged me for two scoops! It was disappointing and not worth $6.50. We'll have to rethink going back. Might return to Baskin Robbins.UPDATE: The store apologized as you see in their review rebuttal, asking me to reach out with my email which I did right away. However, they ghosted me and I have not gotten a reply! I even followed up a week later and still no reply. Disappointing."
