Pretty sad they forgot part of my meal and said sorry you could come back and be late from my lunch break. Poor customer service

"My baby was in Providence NICU for almost a month. Being parents exhausted with newborn in NICU have been hard enough. We made coming here for lunch milk tea/ice cream a little getaway to cheer us up. The owners are very nice and the food are fresh with great selection and portion. Now my baby already graduated from NICU we can’t go as often. But definitely will visit when we can!"
