my 13 Cookie Tote they were rock hard and my hot and Hot and Spicy McChickens were cold like they were sitting there for hour not happy would like a full refund...

Nuggets taste like they were sitting for a while, fries are cold and not salted. Spicy Mc Chicken tastes old n dry? Only that was worth it is the Shamrock shake...

It was all dry because they probably had it sitting under a warmer for over an hour. The eggs especially were disgusting.

both sausage biscuits sandwiches were missing the sausage patty. such s shame. only edible part was the scramble eggs

everything came fresh. quarter pounder with cheese came just how we ordered. come and smoothie were nice and cold. thank you mcdonalds

"My baby was in Providence NICU for almost a month. Being parents exhausted with newborn in NICU have been hard enough. We made coming here for lunch milk tea/ice cream a little getaway to cheer us up. The owners are very nice and the food are fresh with great selection and portion. Now my baby already graduated from NICU we can’t go as often. But definitely will visit when we can!"

"It’s really good food, the best Mexican in town! It’s a warm friendly place, like a true family! We love to go, eat, visit. The staff owners go out of their way to make you feel welcome at home! We took a young man from Mexico, he said the food tasted just like his Mom made it! We love every thing about Fiesta Grande!"

"Relaxing atmosphere, and good food. Our server Jessica was attentive but not very friendly/personable. Almost robot like. I had the salmon which was very good and my wife had the steak which was also very good. Started with the calamari and it was cooked perfectly and not overly battered with a very tasty dipping sauce."

"Ice cream is delicious, but the scoops are inconsistent sizes. We go there for date night every other week. Tonight, I asked for a single scoop on a cake cone, but it was half the size of what we normally get (seemed like a child scoop). I asked her to add to it, which made it a regular scoop, but she charged me for two scoops! It was disappointing and not worth $6.50. We'll have to rethink going back. Might return to Baskin Robbins.UPDATE: The store apologized as you see in their review rebuttal, asking me to reach out with my email which I did right away. However, they ghosted me and I have not gotten a reply! I even followed up a week later and still no reply. Disappointing."
