"The wait staff is extremely nice. My review is strictly on the monstrosity disguised as food. The food is repulsive. The chips were warmed but stale. The fact that warmed chips still tasted stale, show how old the chips served were. I had a simple plate of chicken bell peppers with some red sauce. The plate they serve is gigantic; it a disgusting platter of food. The size of the plate with beans and rice is astonishing. I could not eat the food and they use very low quality ingredients. "I love Qdoba 's food, but the customer service at this location was awful. I got the feeling that the staff was annoyed at the customers and nobody seemed like they wanted to be there. Service was very slow, as well. After I paid, I was waiting for her to hand me a receipt and the girl laughed at me and told me, You can leave now. I felt so embarrassed that I didn 't even explain what I was waiting for before walking away. Even though I love Qdoba 's food, there 's no way I would support this kind of service in the future."

"Stopped for drinks and some breakfast on my way to work…ELLA IS A ROCKSTAR!! She was so sweet, knowledgeable and makes incredible energy drinks. My new favorite coffee spot on Monday and Tuesday, that’s when she works! Thanks girl, had a fabulous breakfast! You are a WONDERFUL addition to my morning commute!"

"I have been hearing rave reviews since moving to Spokane this winter… after much anticipation I have to say the reviews and recommendations are not wrong. My mother was brought to tears by the authenticity of the dishes bringing her right back to her childhood and reminding her of my Nana’s cooking. This is definitely our new favorite eatery and we LOVE that they offer take and bake solutions too for those days we don’t want to cook but don’t want to eat out either. If you’re in Spokane stop by Mamma Mia’s and remember to come hungry because the portions are generous! The cocktail menu was quite nice too!"
