"I love the live music and yoga/ Pilates they offer that really sets the atmosphere. The food is fabulous and even caters to my gluten and dairy free diet. "We walked out. Waitress complained they'd been really busy. No kidding it's Hoopfest, everyone is busy. It's too bad they didn't want to serve us. The food is a family favorite. Had we gotten service, any service, it would have increased the possibility of a return visit for a family of seven."

"I have been hearing rave reviews since moving to Spokane this winter… after much anticipation I have to say the reviews and recommendations are not wrong. My mother was brought to tears by the authenticity of the dishes bringing her right back to her childhood and reminding her of my Nana’s cooking. This is definitely our new favorite eatery and we LOVE that they offer take and bake solutions too for those days we don’t want to cook but don’t want to eat out either. If you’re in Spokane stop by Mamma Mia’s and remember to come hungry because the portions are generous! The cocktail menu was quite nice too!"

"Good sushi and quick service! Really nice setting too, you can sit downstairs where the bar is or upstairs with indoor/outdoor seating. Shared 3 rolls: rainbow roll, Spokane roll, and the stuffed pumpkin. I judge the quality of a sushi place by their rainbow roll--I enjoyed theirs a lot! My favorite part is they don't skimp on the crab. There is definitely more crab than rice, and the fish on top was fresh and good too. Their rolls are a little on the small side but definitely not too small and when the insides are substantial it doesn't matter. The Spokane roll was very tasty and a tad spicy with the jalapenos. I would order it again, the sauce/fish/flavors were great. The stuffed pumpkin roll is a non traditional roll as it is raw salmon wrapped around rice/crab/sauce/etc. It was really good! If you like salmon it's a great choice. I got a gin based cucumber drink too which was very good. Overall, solid place."
